What you will needYou will need an iPhone, with a date plan. You will also need a Microsoft Exchange account which you will use to connect your iPhone. The following information is necessary in order to set up your Exchange account:
Step-by-step instructionsThese steps are very easy and will walk you through setting up your iPhone with an Exchange account.
Battery drain warningIf you set up an Exchange account that you know has very heavy traffic, you might want to be careful about setting Automatic (Push); instead, you should set that at a more reasonable Fetch option, such as every 15 or 30 minutes. If you’re not as concerned about your battery (for instance, if you have multiple means of charging your phone), go ahead and Push away! Multiple accountsSetting up multiple Exchange Accounts on the iPhone is very easy. Just go back through steps 1-9. TroubleshootingIt should be very simple to set up these accounts. If you have trouble with this process, the cause is most likely an incorrect address, domain, or password. You will also need to note if your company has a password change policy, because once you change your password on the domain you will need to make sure to update it on your phone. Also be aware when you add Contacts and Calendar items, you can select which Contact group or Calendar group to add it to.
